  • Managing inbound and outbound customer communications (email and phone)
  • Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
  • Data entry and system updates
  • Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams
  • Processing orders and resolving customer inquiries
  • General administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
  • Prior CSR experience (logistics/warehouse experience preferred)
  • Strong email communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with [WMS / TMS / Excel / specific system if applicable
