- Managing inbound and outbound customer communications (email and phone)
- Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Data entry and system updates
- Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams
- Processing orders and resolving customer inquiries
- General administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior CSR experience (logistics/warehouse experience preferred)
- Strong email communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with [WMS / TMS / Excel / specific system if applicable
