In this role, the Inventory Supervisor has general responsibility for facility inventory & operations related tasks, not limited to assigned customer accounts. This role will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy through robust cycle count processes, continuous training of users and transaction audits. This role will be responsible for supporting and engaging in operations related tasks such as inbound, outbound and quality. The Inventory Supervisor will be the primary customer contact for all inventory related inquiries and has the potential to grow in responsibility as the position evolves.

- Reviews and implements all company inventory control strategies and policies to ensure consistent application across the site
- Ensures all inventory cycle counting and physical inventories are being coordinated as defined by the customer
- Responsible for training employees on inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Ensures that all inventory transactions and stock status reports are completed on a timely basis
- Develop and implement methods to maintain accurate inventory levels at the facility
- Cooperates with all departments to ensure a coordinated work relationship exists at all times
- Recognizes and takes steps to resolve inventory issues in order to minimize the impact on operations
- Research inventory discrepancies and provide root cause analysis
- Recommend process improvements needing adjustment identified through root cause analysis
- Provide professional customer service and respond to client requests promptly and report feedback to management
- Conduct incidental audits of orders and receipts including location audits to preserve the integrity of the Warehouse Management System
- Communicate with Operations Management, Peers and Subordinates to achieve short and long-term goals
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, housekeeping and 5S, and retain a clean, safe and secure work area.
- Serve as a backup Warehouse Supervisor during the absence of other Operations Supervisors.
- Monitors and evaluates individual work performance.
- Ensures a safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times.
- Participates in other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.

- Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED); and three (3) years related experience with inventory/ as a warehouse supervisor
- Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control
- Successful communication - written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Establish priorities and multi-task
- Experience with material handling equipment
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet and Warehouse Management Systems
