In this role, the Inventory Control Clerk I, has general responsibility for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle count processes, research on inventory discrepancies and supporting with physical inventories.

In this role, the Inventory Control Clerk I, has general responsibility for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle count processes, research on inventory discrepancies and supporting with physical inventories.
Essential Functions:

- Conducts physical count of inventory by completing cycle counts
- Resolves and tracks orders to investigates problems
- Reconciles and restocks product in warehouse locations
- Ensures inventory transactions and stock status reports are completed on a timely basis
- Research inventory discrepancies and provides root cause analysis
- Conduct incidental audits of orders and receipts including location audits to preserve the integrity of the Warehouse Management System
- Ensures a safe operation of all materials handling equipment
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, housekeeping and 5S, and retain a clean, safe and secure work area.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times.
- Participates in other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED); and three (3) years related experience with inventory/ as a warehouse supervisor
- Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control
- Communication - written and verbal
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Experience with material handling equipment
