In this role, the Material Handler I will be responsible for receiving, shipping, sorting and storing materials. This role includes working with other warehouse team members.

Essential Functions:

- Moves materials off trucks, pallets or racks and prepare orders for shipment
- Sort and segregate materials onto correct pallet or other locations based on item number
- Place labels on boxes or pallets as instructed in the process
- Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and other packaging supplies
- Put away product in designated warehouse locations
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of materials and communicate issues
- Utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) equipment to track product
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, push and pull and withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Keep clean and safe work environment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations, including safety
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of relevant warehouse and distribution experience preferred
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
